Current Rutgers undergraduate and graduate students may register for Summer Session through WebReg when registration begins in February 2026.
Summer Registration
More than 16,000 students register for courses at Rutgers–New Brunswick every summer.
Registration for the 2026 Summer Session will begin on Monday, February 9, 2026.
This summer's course selections will be available on the Schedule of Classes, beginning on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Currently, students can explore the past summer's course selections on Schedule of Classes, prior to the release of Summer 2026 courses.
Check course dates carefully to avoid conflict as the WebReg system will not recognize summer scheduling conflicts. If you need to obtain a Special Permission Number (SPN) for a course, please contact the offering department directly to see if one is available for the course, as our office does not handle SPNs.
