Dates and Deadlines for Summer
Dates
There are two sessions during the Summer Session, with various course sections in each.
Dates and deadlines are unique to each course section letter. For example, if your class is section B during Session I, then all your dates and deadlines would be in accordance to that section listed below.
Classes will not meet on Friday, June 19 in observance of Juneteenth, and Friday, July 3 in observance of the Fourth of July holiday.

How to Find Course Section
To view the exact dates of a course, please visit the Schedule of Classes. The course section is located under the dropdown (see below image).
Some course sections may overlap other course sections. Check course dates carefully to avoid conflict. The WebReg system will not recognize summer scheduling conflicts.

Yes, there is a two day Add/Drop period that begins on the first day your class officially begins. During this period, you can add or drop your course with no financial or academic impact through WebReg. You must confirm your course's official start date as it may differ from your first class meeting time.
Once that period ends, all course removals are considered withdrawals and follow the withdrawal deadlines.

Payment of tuition and fees for students registered in multiple sessions (i.e. Sessions 1 and 2) must pay the entire term bill by the payment due date of the earliest session.

Students are responsible for adhering to the dates for withdrawing from Summer courses. Withdrawal deadlines are broken down by course section.
All withdrawals are completed by the Registrar's Office, either in person, by phone, or by email.
