Eligible* current Rutgers undergraduate and graduate students may register for Winter Session through WebReg.
*Rutgers first-year students for whom Fall 2025 is their first term of enrollment are not eligible to enroll in Winter Session.
Winter Registration
More than 2,000 students register for courses at Rutgers–New Brunswick every winter.
Registration for the 2026 Winter Session is now open.
This winter's course selections are now available on the Schedule of Classes. A full-time academic load in Winter Session is a single course.
Eligible students must have an established GPA of 2.0 or higher to register.

Visiting students must complete a Visiting Student Application in order to register.
Applications are processed within 2-3 business days. Once processed, students will be emailed their RUID and Personal Access Code (PAC) with further instructions on how to register.
International students who meet eligibility requirements may apply to take courses in the winter, using the Visiting International Student Application to take courses in the summer.
WebReg is available for registration daily from 12:00 AM - 1:59 AM and 6:00 AM - 11:59 PM, Monday through Sunday.
