*Rutgers first-year students for whom Fall 2025 is their first term of enrollment are not eligible to enroll in Winter Session.
Winter Registration
More than 2,000 students register for courses at Rutgers–New Brunswick every winter.
Registration for the 2026 Winter Session is now closed.
To view the past winter course selections prior to registration, students can visit the Schedule of Classes. A full-time academic load in Winter Session is a single course.
Eligible students must have an established GPA of 2.0 or higher to register.

Visiting students must complete a Visiting Student Application in order to register.
Applications are processed within 2-3 business days. Once processed, students will be emailed their RUID and Personal Access Code (PAC) with further instructions on how to register.
The Visiting Student Application is now closed for Winter 2026.
International students who meet eligibility requirements may apply to take courses in the winter, using the Visiting International Student Application to take courses in the winter.

WebReg is available for registration daily from 12:00 AM - 1:59 AM and 6:00 AM - 11:59 PM, Monday through Sunday.
